1. Acceptance of These Terms
Welcome to Pinly. By using the Pinly mobile application, official website, or related services, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to follow these Terms and any rules that apply to specific features. If you do not agree, please do not continue using the relevant services.
2. Services Provided by Pinly
Pinly provides shared sticker books, photos, notes, doodles, reactions, Home Screen widgets, and related synchronization, storage, preview, and collaboration features. Some features may be available only on certain devices, operating-system versions, regions, or subscription plans.
We may continue to adjust the interface, features, capacity, performance policies, and availability to improve the product or maintain service stability.
3. Accounts and Eligibility
You should provide accurate, lawful, and usable account information and protect your sign-in credentials. Activities performed through your account are generally treated as actions initiated by you. If you discover unauthorized use of your account, please contact us promptly.
Users who have not reached the legal age for independently using online services in their region should use Pinly with the consent and guidance of a parent or guardian.
4. Your Content
You retain the rights you lawfully hold in your photos, text, doodles, and other content. To provide features such as uploading, saving, synchronization, sharing, previews, and widgets, you authorize Pinly to store, process, copy, transform, and display that content to the extent necessary to provide and maintain the service.
This authorization is limited to providing, maintaining, protecting, and improving Pinly and does not transfer ownership of your content to us.
5. Shared Sticker Books and Collaboration
When you create or join a shared sticker book, authorized members may be able to view, edit, react to, or delete certain content in the shared space. Please manage invitation links, member permissions, and information uploaded to shared spaces carefully.
When multiple people edit at the same time, the service may resolve conflicts according to synchronization rules, versions, or the latest operations. Effects caused by a member intentionally modifying or deleting shared content should be handled by the relevant members according to their shared expectations.
6. Acceptable Use
You may not use Pinly for unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, harassing, destructive, or rights-violating activity, including but not limited to:
- uploading or distributing content that you do not have the right to use or share;
- impersonating others, deceiving users, or maliciously obtaining account or invitation access;
- using automation, attacks, reverse-engineering for destructive purposes, or similar methods to interfere with the service or bypass security or resource limits;
- using Pinly to distribute malware, unlawful content, or information that clearly infringes the rights of others;
- using the service in a way that violates applicable law or app-store rules.
7. Paid Features and Subscriptions
Pinly may offer subscriptions or other paid features. Prices, billing periods, trials, renewals, and cancellation rules are governed by the information shown on the purchase page and by the applicable app store.
Payments, refunds, and subscription management completed through an app store are generally handled by that platform. You should review or cancel automatic renewal through the subscription-management tools provided by the platform.
8. Third-Party Services
Pinly may depend on operating systems, app stores, cloud services, notifications, subscription management, and other third-party capabilities. Their availability, terms, and privacy practices are controlled by those third parties, and we cannot control their continued availability.
9. Intellectual Property
Except for content provided by users, Pinly software, interface design, branding, graphics, text, code, and related service content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Without authorization, you may not copy, sell, rent, republish, or otherwise exploit this content.
10. Service Changes, Interruptions, and Termination
We work to keep Pinly stable and available, but maintenance, upgrades, network conditions, third-party services, force majeure, or security incidents may cause temporary interruptions. When necessary, we may restrict accounts or activity that presents security, legal, abuse, or serious service-stability risks.
You may stop using Pinly and, where the product provides the relevant controls, delete content or your account. After an account is terminated, data processing and retention remain subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable law.
11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pinly is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted or error-free, but we will reasonably maintain the service and address known issues.
For losses caused by your device, network, account management, third-party services, actions of shared members, or events outside our reasonable control, responsibility will be determined to the extent required by applicable law.
12. Updates to These Terms
We may update these Terms as the product, business model, or legal requirements change. Important updates may be communicated through the website, in-app notices, or other reasonable means, and the effective date on this page will be updated. Continuing to use the updated service means you accept the updated Terms unless applicable law requires otherwise.
